Ordering
How to order internationally
For international orders, you must contact us directly via email at trichhome@proton.me.
There will be a surcharge added for any international canna orders, and there will be no refunds if anything is seized by customs. We have a high success rate with international orders to most countries, but there is a small chance it gets lost or seized in which case it is out of our hands.
Important Notes
- The maximum order for cigarettes is 4 cartons per order.
- Orders containing cannabis products will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of ordering, and will take about 7–21 days to arrive.
- Orders containing cigarettes will be processed and shipped within 1 week, and will take anywhere from 14–30 days from shipment to arrive. This is because they are shipped from Japan and usually take a little while to clear customs.
- Orders containing both cigarettes and canna products will arrive separately at different times.
